Exquisite Corpses in progress

As has already been announced, Lamentations of the Flame Princess is bringing out a new edition of ‘Exquisite Corpses’ this year so I am busy working on new paintings. Above you see the new ‘mutant’ painting for the second edition (about 1/2 done) next to the original 1st edition mutant(unsliced). Read LOTFP’s announcement about it here.
Looks great.
But (and “I'm just saying”) there may be such a thing as too many wieners and giners. Will at least a few monsters have pants? 🙂
That's a mouth. See the teeth? He also has an ear on one knee. There will be at least one “loincloth” (I drew it today) and I am sure there will be more clothed mosters. Other creatures (like birds) have no visible genitalia
If I had my druthers, I'd offer little pants, kilts, hats, etc., like the clothing for paper dolls or the “colorforms” toy of the 1970s.
With that mouth where it is, I'm surprised the mutant ever leaves the house …
That is awesome. The colors are outstanding. . .
Oh… I was working on them last night and reviewing some paintings that were nearly done… and the 'Zombie' is wearing a ragged pair of purple pants.
