I have arrived!

Goodman Games just gave me my own page on the Goodman website: http://www.goodman-games.com/5070artpreviewpoag.html
Thus I join DCC RPG art luminaries like Doug Kovacs, Jeff Easley and Erol Otus.  I’m sure there are others, but I have not found them yet.

Here they have pictures like this that I did for the DCC RPG; it features magic user who follows “Bobugbilz” ( a toad-like god) and, as a result of the evil magics he has been exposed to, has become a bit ‘toadish’ over time:

Hey wow, congratulations! That’s very cool! I like how you sometimes work your initials into your illustrations in subtle/clever ways 🙂

Congratulations! This might seem like a weird thing to say but I really dig the way you draw stone walls and dungeon masonry. Not since the days of Tramp in his prime have I found myself paying so much attention to the architectural surroundings in RPG illustrations. I don’t think I have any use for DCC but I might end up buying it for the art alone, damn you.

    Congrats – it’s well-deserved!

    Awesome! Congratulations!

“I’m somebody now! Millions of people look at this book everyday! This is the kind of spontaneous publicity – your name in print – that makes people. I’m in print! Things are going to start happening to me now.”

[Cut to deranged sniper opening book.]

Even though I thought the only reason I thought of the phonebook scene in “The Jerk” was because the title of your post was “I have arrived!”, my wife pointed out to me that the toadish guy in your drawing not only is pointing at something in a book, but he actually looks a little bit like the actor who played the sniper, too!

Thank you, Havard! Always lots of love from me to the Blackmoor magic and Arneson’s way of doing things; glad you are keeping his flame alive.
